Christi20 products are not toys and are not intended for use by children.
Horse tack, dog collars, and accessories must be used responsibly and inspected regularly for signs of wear. We are not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse or failure to maintain or inspect your items.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
We currently accept payments through GoDaddy Payments. Your payment information is handled securely by GoDaddy and is not stored on our servers.
Orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We may cancel or refuse orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or unavailability of materials.
Custom orders may require additional processing time. Please review your order carefully before submitting — once production has begun, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
We ship from California, USA. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on destination and carrier. Christi20 is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Once an item leaves our hands and tracking is provided, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
All products are sold “as is” without any express or implied warranties. Christi20 is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our products or website.
By purchasing from Christi20, you acknowledge and agree to use all products at your own risk.

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of each handmade item. Because every product is custom-made or hand-finished, small variations are normal and expected.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns and exchanges are limited.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at christi20tack@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to find a fair solution.
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Once production has begun, cancellations or changes cannot be made.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos to assess the issue.
If approved, we may offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the situation.
Because our products are made from natural and durable materials like mohair, leather, and paracord, natural wear over time is expected. We do not accept returns for normal wear, misuse, or improper care.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.
